Our December Impact Award Winner is WHS Teacher Keith Jordan!

In his work, Mr. Jordan:

Keith Jordan consistently goes above and beyond to help students navigate the many challenges in their lives.

When Mr. Jordan explains anything to me, I find it easy to follow along and understand the topic better.

Keith ensures that his students successfully navigate high school, stay on track to complete their recovery credits, and maintain their grades and complete work in their original credit courses.

In the hallway, Mr. Jordan always makes sure to say hi or ask how your day has been.

Keith approaches student mental health and their personal challenges with compassion, humor, and an unwaveringly positive attitude.

Mr. Jordan has definitely helped throughout my time being at the school as a new student, making sure to make me feel included and acknowledged in class, at lunch, or just in the hallway.

He is a trusted adult for many of our students who need support, often being the first to recognize and report potential emotional, social, or physical concerns.

Mr. Jordan has helped me countless times.

Keith is an essential extension of the counseling department, bridging academic recovery and student well-being. Each year, his dedication and persistence quite literally sustain Wyoming High School’s graduation rate.

Mr. Jordan is very patient with his students and a great overall teacher.
