RFQ & RFP Legal Notice
The Wyoming City School District, Board of Education ("Owner") is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) and Pricing and Technical Proposals (RFP) for Design-Build Firms interested in providing design and construction services for the Owner's 'Wyoming HS HVAC 2026 - Phase 3 Project' ("Project"), in accordance with R.C. 153.65 through 153.73. Physical submissions must be received by Ronda Johnson, Treasurer, Wyoming City School District, 420 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, OH 45215 no later than 12:00 p.m. (EST) on February 20, 2026.
Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Charlie Jahnigen, AIA, cjahnigen@shp.com no later than 3:00 p.m. (EST) on February 17, 2026. Material responses will be issued via addendum.
