In her work, Mrs. Beard:

• Uses innovative practices in curriculum design and instructional strategies.
• Promotes a growth mindset in teaching, learning, and professional development
• Builds partnerships with families, colleagues, and community members for the purpose of student well-being resulting in academic, social, and emotional success.
