Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna: People 65 years and older and people 18 years and older who live in long-term care settings, have underlying medical conditions, or work or live in high-risk settings are eligible to receive a booster shot 6 months after their second vaccination shot. This booster can be any of the COVID-19 vaccines authorized in the United States.

If you are receiving a booster dose, please bring your vaccine card to the clinic. To replace lost or damaged vaccination cards, complete this survey from the Ohio Department of Health. It may take 1-2 business days to process your request.

Achieving high levels of COVID-19 vaccination among eligible staff, students, and household members is one of the most critical strategies to help schools safely continue full operations. If you or your child are eligible to be vaccinated, please get vaccinated. Vaccination is the best way to protect your family, friends, colleagues, and yourself.
