We are committed to fostering 21st century habits and authentic learning, inquiry-based experiences which will lead to all students reaching their full potential, responsible citizenship, global competency, and lifelong learning.
Wyoming City Schools has a long-standing tradition of excellence in academics for students Kindergarten through 12th grade. In a small, highly-personalized environment, our students are active, engaged learners. We offer each and every child the chance to succeed in the classroom, on the stage, in the art gallery, and on the playing field. We invite you to explore our 21st Century academic environment and learn more about what it means to be a Cowboy!
Every child has the unique opportunity to think creatively and work collaboratively in fine and performing arts classes, beginning in Kindergarten. By the time our students reach middle and high school, we traditionally offer more than 30 community performances per year. Similarly, we host art shows to display student artwork beginning in the first grade and many of our students share their work with pride at the annual Wyoming Art Show and in state, regional and national Scholastic Art Competitions.
The district is committed to producing effective, consistent communication tools to provide information to parents, students, staff and the community. The Communications Department of Wyoming City Schools is responsible for district communications and publications, including School Chatter, Know Your Schools, the District Calendar and the Quality Profile.
