Registration Gateway for Returning Students

Wyoming City Schools is continuing to use our online student registration/data validation system for the 2018-19 school year. All returning students must complete this update electronically prior to receiving classroom assignments, schedules, and/or district-issued technology and participating in the full offerings of Wyoming City Schools (e.g. field trips).

Your username and password will be as follows:

Username:  Six digit Student ID number found on your student’s report card, starting with 2.  Primary students received a separate notice in their report card with this information. If you are in need of your student's ID#, please ask your student or contact the front office of your student's school building.

Password:  Student’s birthdate (MM/DD/YYYY) including the forward slash, plus last four digits of Student ID # (i.e. 01/01/19001234)

Below are some frequently asked questions that may be helpful as you go through the process:

Do I need to log on for each one of my students?

Yes, because you will need to provide information that is specific for each child. This is critical for all items, including emergency medical forms.

Do I have to answer all of the questions?

Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

I don’t know what a question is asking.

I have completed the form, now what?

When you have finished reviewing/entering your information, click submit. Your student’s information will now be “sealed” and you will not be able to make any further changes.  Should you need to make a change to any information, please contact the main office for the building your student attends. If you cannot hit submit, you will need to make sure you have answered all required questions.

I need to change my address. What is required?

Address changes will require updated proof of residency documentation.  Please complete the attached Student Address Form and submit this with proof of residency documentation to Enrollment Coordinator Barbara Policastro at the Wyoming City Schools Administrative Center, 420 Springfield Pike.
