In our ongoing commitment to building communications structures that strengthen our partnership with students, staff, families, and community members, we are conducting a communications audit of our current district and school communication efforts. We are partnering with Hamilton County Educational Services Center (HCESC) on the audit.
This week, HCESC is distributing a survey and conducting focus groups. Survey and focus group responses, along with HCESC’s evaluation of district and building level messaging, will be used to improve our communication plan.
On Thursday, February 9, focus groups for staff, parents, community members, and Wyoming High School students will take place as follows:
3:00 p.m.: WHS Students Focus Group
@ Wyoming High School Cafeteria
4:00 p.m.: WCS Staff Focus Group
@ Wyoming High School Cafeteria
6:30 p.m.: CommUNITY Conversation: WCS Parents and Community Focus Group
@ Wyoming Middle School Cafeteria
In addition to attending a focus group, please click here to complete the Wyoming City School District Communication Survey. The survey will remain open for feedback until Sunday, February 12. The survey can be completed in as few as ten minutes and all responses are anonymous.
