Wyoming, a residential community of 2.8 square miles and a population of 8,400, has long-valued and supported its schools, passing every operating levy since 1970. Wyoming City Schools is committed to providing an excellent education for each student through rigorous academics, outstanding faculty, individual attention, and a wide range of enrichment opportunities. Wyoming City Schools has been recognized as one of the highest performing districts across the state and nation year after year.

Wyoming City Schools has 1,920 students with three K-4 primary schools (Elm, Hilltop and Vermont), Wyoming Middle School (grades 5-8) and Wyoming High School (grades 9-12).
