We are continually monitoring information from public health authorities, staff, and families for any necessary plan modifications. At this time, we would like to provide our staff members with one more opportunity this semester for online and in-person lesson development during a regularly-scheduled school day.
On Wednesday, November 4, K-12 students will be provided with instructional materials for independent learning and will learn remotely for the day (regardless of instructional plan - hybrid or in-person - that week). Teachers will be available to provide direct assistance to students via Zoom 2:30-3:30 p.m. for office hours on the 4th.
Regardless of instructional plan (hybrid or in-person) for that week, no in-person instruction will take place on Wednesday, November 4.
Monday, October 19, is a previously scheduled staff professional development day. No online or in-person instruction will take place on Monday, October 19.
We apologize for the disruption that this change to our plan may cause and we are extremely appreciative of our school and family partnership as we continue to work together to address the instructional, safety, and social and emotional needs of our students. We believe this plan modification is necessary to support the work of our staff members and provide our students with the highest-quality education possible.
