Our students work hard to create exceptional productions. Two full length plays and one musical are presented each year. Our program achieves success assisting a number of students prepare for participation in college and university theater programs, as well as professionally.
Any high school student is welcome-no previous experience is necessary, and every person’s energy and contribution counts. Camaraderie is cultivated and friendships are created and nurtured in a safe environment. Participation in WTAD will also promote development of integrative life skills such as analytical and creative thought processing, team building, personal responsibility and pride in exceptional work-skills that carry over into life after graduation and assist students in their journey toward becoming productive, self-confident individuals.
