Meal Information for All-Online Learners & Hybrid Schedule

Wyoming Nutrition Services will provide meals for all-online students until further notice. Additionally, meals are available for all students for Hybrid Plan Schedule weeks.


  • Pickup Location: Meals will be available for pickup by parents for all-online learners who have registered for meals from the Middle School door near the playground.
  • Day and Times: Meals will be available every Monday that is a scheduled school day. If a Monday is not a scheduled school day, distribution will be on the next scheduled school day of the week. Meals will be available 1-2 p.m.
  • Number of meals: This will be a five-day meal distribution.

How to register: If parents are interested in ordering these meals they must register their children once by calling the Nutrition Services Office at (513) 576-2290 or 576-4160. For planning purposes, calls must be received by 4 p.m. on Friday to receive meals on the following Monday.

If you will not be there to pick up meals which you have registered for, please call and cancel to help us minimize food waste.

Free & Reduced meal application: If applicable, families are encouraged to complete a free and reduced application. Applications are available online or from each school office. An application can also be mailed upon request. Please call Nutrition Services at (513) 576-2290 or 576-4160 for assistance.

**Please note:

Families who feel they may qualify for the free/reduced meal program DO still need to apply for the 2020-2021 school year. Only students with an approved application will carry over for the first 30 days of next school year. Approved applications are also needed to qualify for various school programs and funding, including waivers for instructional school fees, AP exam fee reduction, etc. This may also include future Pandemic Electronic Benefits Transfer funding, if offered.
