*Supply Chain and Menu Issues*
This school year, thanks to federal pandemic waivers, all students will be eligible for free meals, regardless of family income. There is a charge for extra entrées. If money is not available on a student account or if food supplies are limited, a request for an extra entrée may be turned down.
School meal programs nationwide are experiencing many of the same supply chain issues that have impacted restaurants and grocery stores throughout the pandemic. Our school nutrition team is committed to ensuring students continue to have access to healthful meals each school day.
Just as families had to make substitutions on grocery lists last year, schools will have to make some last-minute changes to our regular menus, based on availability. We are asking for your patience as we sort through these supply chain issues. We may not have the same number of menu choices that we typically offer our students, but we’ll be sure that all students are nourished and ready to learn.

School Fee Waivers and P-EBT Funds
For the 21-22 school year, Free/Reduced meal applications will NOT be required in order to receive free meals. However, in order to be eligible for any possible future P-EBT (Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer) funds, you WILL need to fill out an official Free/Reduced (F/R) Meal Application for any student who did not have an approved application submitted in the 2020-2021 School Year. This includes incoming kindergarten students and families new to the district. You can also submit a new F/R application if your household circumstances have changed. Please apply online at www.lunchapplication.com (available as of Aug. 1st and choose Milford). If you need a paper copy of the F/R application, please contact Nutrition Services as 513-576-2290 or they can be obtained at your child’s school office.
***School Fee Waivers***
For the 2021-22 school year, School Fee Waivers will be determined by a Household Information Survey. Completed forms should be submitted by October 1st to the Wyoming Board of Education, Office of the Treasurer, 420 Springfield Pike, Wyoming, OH 45215 or faxed to 513-672-3355. If you need a paper copy of the Household Information Survey, they can be obtained at your child’s school office.
Free Meals: All student meals are free.
No free/reduced application required for 2021-2022 school year.
P-EBT Funds (if offered again): Free/reduced meal application required if not on file from the 2020-2021 school year (K students and new families)
School Fee Waivers: Completion of Household Information Survey required
