Requirements:
- Prior high school diving coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skills, techniques, training methods
- Ability to oversee the overall diving program

- Program-minded vision and keen understanding of young athlete development
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity
- Commitment to evening, weekend, and holiday workload
- Ability to act as a role model and ambassador for the athletic program and school
- Ability to organize and lead practice and game plans for individual and team success
- Reviews and upholds all school, league, and state regulations and policies

Requirements:
- Prior high school baseball coaching experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of skills, techniques, training methods
- Carries out the duties and responsibilities assigned by the varsity head coach and/or athletic director
- Assists the varsity head coach with team inventory and season awards
- Attend staff meetings, clinics, camps, and other professional activities to improve coaching performance
- Follows established procedures in the event of an athlete's injury
- Performs home field duties before and after games and practices
- Directing self-practices and games with the focus on improving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity
- Commitment to evening, weekend, and holiday workload
- Ability to act as a role model and ambassador for the athletic program and school
- Ability to organize and lead practice and game plans for individual and team success
- Commitment to following all rules and regulations set forth by the OHSAA
