Wyoming City Schools has begun the search for our next Athletic Director. Our current Athletic Director Jeff King will be leaving our district at the end of the school year to take a job in the private sector. All of us at WCS thank him for his leadership and dedication to our students, staff, and families over the past years as Athletic Director, Assistant Athletic Director, and Coach and we wish him continued success in all his future endeavors.
The process to identify the next Athletic Director of Wyoming City Schools will occur over the next few months. We have put together a timeline that includes staff, student, parent, and community member input as we seek the best candidates for this important role.
On Thursday, February 2, we will host focus groups for students, staff, parents and community members. All sessions will take place in the cafeteria at Wyoming High School on the following schedule:
3:00 p.m.: WHS Students
4:00 p.m.: WCS Coaches and Staff Members
7:00 p.m.: WCS Parents and Community Members
