Parade Participation Application:
The homecoming parade is open to Wyoming High School students, Wyoming City Schools support organizations, and area youth programs.
Because it is a school-sponsored event, the parade is governed by district policies and administrative guidelines (including guidelines related to political activities, specifically Administrative Guideline 3231A - Political Activities, which can be found using this link: http://go.boarddocs.com/oh/wycsdoh/Board.nsf/goto?open&id=AMMLUN528984). These guidelines restrict political activities from taking place during the parade. These guidelines apply to the streets on the parade route, but do not apply to the sidewalk nor do they apply to other non-school property. School rules and codes of conduct apply to the parade route, also.
All Wyoming City Schools Board of Education policies and administrative guidelines are available here or on the Board of Education page under the District tab at www.wyomingcityschools.org.
If your organization is planning to participate, please complete and submit the 2022 Wyoming High School Homecoming Parade form by Thursday, October 6, to ensure a spot in the parade.
